BBC Children in Need give grants to projects that involve children and young people of 18 years and under experiencing disadvantage through:
- Illness, distress, abuse or neglect
- Any kind of disability
- Behavioural or psychological difficulties
- Living in poverty or situations of deprivation
The Small Grants Programme is for grants of up to £10,000 per year for up to three years (so a total request of £30,000). In this programme Children in Need we are looking to support projects where a relatively small amount of money can make a big difference for children and young people.
