The Foundation has recently launched a new strategy, Reaching Further, and has subsequently updated its funding approach and criteria.
The Foundation provides long-term funding for charities with a proven track record of helping people achieve positive change through deep, person centred and holistic support.
They fund work which helps people aged 17+ overcome complex social issues:

|Mental Health||Offending, prison and community service||Sexual abuse and exploitation|
The Foundation offers two grant programmes, one for core costs and one for developing charities and organisations:
Provides long-term funding for the day-to-day running of charities (core costs) and/or the direct delivery of work. Grants of between £30,000 and £100,000 for up to three years are available.
Application window: Initial applications can be submitted between 28 August and 5 October 2018
Enable grants fund opportunities for charities to develop or trial new approaches to service delivery e.g. through areas such as business planning, monitoring, leadership and governance and communications. Grants of up to £15,000 are available for one or two years.
There are no deadlines for Enable – this is a rolling programme.
