The National Churches Trust supports the repair and revitalisation of church buildings for the benefit of all the community.
This is a pilot programme, in partnership with the Pilgrim Trust, offering maintenance grants of between £500 and £3,000 towards small, urgent maintenance issues or repairs which reduce the need for – and long term costs of – building repairs.
Proposed works must be to the main listed church building, and applicants must be able to show they have already raised 50% of the total repair costs, and to have obtained two quotes for the works.
Please note, the Trust’s grant programmes are changing. Details of deadlines beyond 26 September 2018, and the programmes and funding for 2019, will be announced later in the year. Do not start an application if you will not meet the 26 September deadline.
Deadline: 26 September 2018
