The overall focus of the #iwill fund is to support social action that draws on the lived experience of young people, to connect young people to social action opportunities that lead to genuine community impact, and to empower them to make a difference to themselves and their peers.
This round focuses on peer-to-peer support, to improve children’s wellbeing during the period in which they move from primary to secondary school. Funding will cover any costs related to the implementation of the project.
It’s expected that up to eight grants of up to £35,000 will be made for one year. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to re-apply for up to two years’ further funding, to build on their learning and focus on sustaining their impact.
