Healthwatch North Tyneside wants to hear your experiences of accessing appointments at your GP practice with their ‘Good practice? Accessing GP appointments survey’.
The most common issue people talk to Healthwatch about is getting access to their GP. In the recent Healthwatch annual survey, 492 people talked about their experiences of GPs and primary care, 175 of these said that access to GP services could be improved.
Healthwatch wants to hear more about what you think is working well and what you find annoying and frustrating. GP practices have different approaches to accessing appointments and Healthwatch wants to know what you think good practice is so they can recommend changes to how different practices work.
All the feedback received will be used to help improve the services that are offered. Your views and experiences will be shared anonymously, Healthwatch will never share your personal details.
The survey should take you no longer than 10 minutes to complete and you can be entered into the £25 prize draw.
