  • Creative Writing with Emma: Tuesdays 10 am to 12 noon online via Zoom meetings
A supportive, inspiring, and encouraging place for you to explore the different styles and genres of writing.
  • Books & Beyond: Tuesdays 3 pm to 4 pm online via Zoom meetings
During Lockdown why not join us for Books & Beyond an online meeting space to join other NT LIFE’rs to read the opening chapter(s) of a book we provide and then share your thoughts and opinions. We will send the chapter(s) to you prior to the meeting. As the weeks go on you can make suggestions for the books we begin. Our host Emma Farrell will create a few opening questions and then we have a good natter. Don’t be surprised if we go off-topic.
  • Carers Support Group: Thursday Starting 14 January, 6 pm to 8pm online via Zoom meetings
Hosted by Julie and Lesley this is an opportunity for any North Tyneside Carers 18+ to come together and share experience and challenges in a supportive network.
  • Mindfulness With Phil Saint: Starting Friday 15th January 12.30 pm to 1.30pm online via Zoom meetings
Give yourself a relaxing break and join our mindfulness zoom group led by Phil each Friday. He will spend the first 10 minutes checking in with everyone and then folk can mute themselves as he leads three 10-15 minute exercises.

Courses are free and available to North Tyneside residents aged 18 and over. You must enrol as a student of NT LIFE Recovery College to access these courses either in advance or at your first attendance – contact us for more information.
