Lunch Club Monday
North Tyneside Live at Home Scheme volunteers assist to help prepare and serve meals, clearing tables and joining in with activities ( quizzes, music & games) and providing a listening ear.
Lunch clubs are Monday 11.30am-2.30pm
About MHA Communities North Tyneside
MHA Communities is charity which offers social opportunities to older people who are often isolated and lonely. Do you have a little too much time on your hands, need some company yourself, or would just like to do something which is rewarding and makes a real difference to peoples lives?
Our services are founded on love, compassion and respect
Could you spare a few hours a week to transform the lives of older people by helping at one of our weekly groups ( lunch clubs, supported outings, shopping trips).
