The Women’s Fund

The Women’s Fund recognises that many women need, and want, women-only services to feel safe, supported and confident when confronted by lack of opportunities, discrimination and abuse. It therefore awards grants to voluntary and community groups that run successful women-only projects.

The focus of this call for applications is support with core costs for women-led organisations that primarily or solely support women and are delivering services that help address the impact of poverty on women in our region.

Fund specific criteria
This funding is particularly aimed at smaller charities/charitable organisations where the funding can make a significant difference. Therefore, charitable organisations with an income up to £500,000 a year can apply.

Grants range: £2,000 – £7,000 for up to two years.

Deadline: 6 January 2025
