Young Women in Mind 2026–2028

Young Women in Mind 2026-2028 is a collaborative funding programme set up by the Pilgrim Trust, the Prudence Trust and the Julia Rausing Trust to support charities to strengthen and scale effective, age-appropriate, and gender-informed mental health support for girls and young women aged 14–25 in the UK. Together, they will invest £5 million over three years.

Grants ranging from £200,000 to £500,000 will be awarded over three years. Funding can cover project delivery, staffing, advocacy, and evaluation.

The programme is open to established UK charities working in Northern Ireland, Scotland, and parts of England, including the North East, North West, Yorkshire and Humber, and the Midlands, as well as organisations working nationally.

  • Stage 1 deadline: 22 June 2026
  • Stage 2 deadline: 24 August 2026
  • Funding decisions announced: End of November 2026

This fund is only open to UK-registered charities that already deliver therapeutic mental health services and meet all the core criteria. Charities are encouraged to review the funding guidelines and complete the eligibility quiz before applying.
