The D’Oyly Carte Charitable Trust

The D’Oyly Carte Charitable Trust offers grants of £500 to £8,000 to UK-registered charities for projects that improve the lives of disadvantaged people through arts, creative health and heritage crafts.

Projects can include community music, arts-based health activities, support for young carers, animal-assisted therapy, horticulture and traditional crafts that help with skills, training and employment. Funding can be used for both project and core costs, with unrestricted grants available to charities with an income under £250,000.

There are two application stages for larger charities, with a first-stage deadline of 31 July 2026 and a final deadline of 2 October 2026 for small charities and shortlisted applicants.
