Aviva Community Fund (Match Funding)

The Aviva Communities Fund supports small charities and non-profit organisations through a combination of crowdfunding and match funding, helping communities drive meaningful change.

Funding Focus

The Fund prioritises projects that:

Support Financial Wellbeing – Helping people feel more secure and in control of their finances through budgeting support, debt advice, money management education, access to food banks and essential items, and building key life skills.

Support Climate Action – Helping communities prevent, prepare for, and adapt to climate change through creating green spaces, restoring nature, supporting biodiversity, climate education and engagement, and installing renewable energy or energy-saving measures.

How It Works

The Communities Fund matches every individual donation you receive up to £250. The maximum amount an organisation can receive is £25,000 in a calendar year, which can be split across up to two projects.

Additional Support

Aviva employees volunteer up to 21 hours per year and are available to support community projects with their time, skills, and energy.

2026 Commitment

Aviva has committed £2 million in 2026 to projects supporting financial wellbeing and responding to climate change impacts.
