The Lloyds Bank Foundation has launched its Good Place to Live: New Beginnings Fund, which will provide 40 to 50 unrestricted grants to charities across England, Wales and the Isle of Man.
The fund supports organisations helping to prevent homelessness, particularly at key transition points when people may be at risk of losing their home. Charities do not need to provide housing or accommodation services to apply. The Foundation is keen to support organisations tackling the issues that can lead to homelessness before a crisis occurs.
This may include charities working in areas such as advice and advocacy, welfare rights, debt and financial inclusion, mental health, domestic abuse, family support, prison resettlement, and other early intervention services.
