Amazon Regional Creatives Fund

Amazon is offering grants of up to £30,000 to charities across the UK that support underserved communities in pursuing careers in the creative industries.

About the Fund

Launched on 8 July, the Regional Creatives Fund aims to help individuals break into sectors such as publishing, music, gaming, film, TV, fashion, advertising, and more—where diversity and fresh perspectives drive innovation.

What’s on Offer

  • Grants up to £30,000 for individual charities

  • Consortium grants up to £100,000

  • Access to pro-bono upskilling programmes through Amazon’s network, including mentoring, work experience, placements, and digital training, with support from teams like Amazon Music, Prime Video, and Amazon Games

Who Can Apply

Charities currently running programmes that upskill people from underserved communities for creative careers. Applicants must show how the funding will expand or continue an existing impactful programme, such as music production training, portfolio development, or game studio placements.

Selection Criteria
Applications will be judged by an independent panel including leaders from Amazon, The National Theatre, Arts Council England, and other cultural organisations. Strong proposals will:

  • Show clear creative purpose, energy, and optimism

  • Demonstrate real impact through skills development, access, and industry connections

  • Present a realistic, well-planned approach to delivery

  • Amplify underrepresented voices

  • Build on existing programmes to grow what works

Deadline

Applications close on 31 August 2025.
