Small Jobs – Free of Charge (Volunteering)
Through its ‘More Work for Us, Less Stress for You’ initiative, Bear & Co provides support for pre-agreed basic DIY tasks free of charge. This initiative reflects the company’s commitment to helping organisations with the smaller, day-to-day maintenance or improvement tasks that can often be overlooked but make a real difference to a facility’s functionality and appearance.
Bear & Co’s team, led by the director, works closely with organisations to identify priority jobs, plan the work efficiently, and complete tasks to a high standard. Some materials may be included depending on the job and assessed on a case-by-case basis. While the initiative focuses on smaller-scale work, Bear & Co considers additional requests outside the typical scope if feasible, ensuring flexibility to meet the needs of local charities and community groups.
