Greenhall Foundation

The Greenhall Foundation supports UK registered charities working to improve lives among people who are sick, older people, disabled, or disadvantaged.

Funding Available

Grants typically range from £1,000 to £10,000 for special projects or specific items of equipment.

Funding Priorities

The Foundation prefers to support:

  • Special projects or specific items of equipment (not general running costs or salaries)
  • Projects benefiting a number of beneficiaries rather than just a few
  • Applications where the grant will make a tangible difference, particularly where the Foundation can meet a significant proportion of funding needed

Who Can Apply

Only UK registered charities are eligible. Individual sponsorship is not supported.

Application Process

Trustees meet twice yearly:

May Meeting – Open to charities of all income levels

November Meeting – Only open to charities with annual income of £250,000 or less

Important: Charities can only submit a further grant application 12 months after the date of their last application, even if applying for a different project.

How to Apply

Visit the Greenhall Foundation website for full details and application information.
