Mental Heath Alliance Funded for a Further Two Years!

Mental Health Alliance Logo in Orange and Black swirls

The North Tyneside Mental Health Alliance was established in 2022 to build a place-based alliance of voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector organisations ready for partnership working and procurement. Our mission is to build a strong, accessible VCSE Mental Health Alliance that influences and supports emerging mental health strategies. We want to increase confidence within the VCSE sector to be recognised as equal partners with statutory colleagues and ensure the sector has a voice.

We are delighted to have obtained continuation funding for a further 2 years. There are currently 48 organisations that are members of the Alliance, and we deliver fully funded training sessions, monthly Alliance meetings, and regular E-bulletins.  If you are a VCSE organisation that provides support for the people of North Tyneside with their mental health, loneliness or isolation and would like to know more, then please contact the Mental Health Alliance Coordinator, Anne.webster@voda.org.uk.
