NT Life Recovery College hosts a range of courses from DBT skills and mindfulness, to crafting, plant-based cooking to Autism Awareness, singing to confidence building – and much more in between!. You can view the latest prospectus, which contains all course outlines and booking information below.

The aim of these sessions is to help people learn new positive ways to deal with the stresses of life, understand themselves better and find purpose.

Courses are free and available to North Tyneside residents aged 18 and over.
