The Charles Plater Trust

Grants of up to £5,000 are available to registered charities in England and Wales to help address the needs and challenges of deprived communities and marginalised groups, focusing on poverty, social exclusion, economic inequality, and environmental challenges.

The funding is being made available through the Charles Plater Trust, a Catholic grant-making charity which aims to build social justice across the UK.

To be eligible, organisations must have annual incomes below £100,000. While applicants are not required to be of the Catholic faith, their applications must align with the Trust’s Catholic Social Teaching values. Collaborative applications are encouraged.

The deadline for applications is 5 PM on the 10th October 2024.
