The Great Community Garden Crawl of North Tyneside

During the weekend of 13-14 July, from 10 am to 3 pm, eight local gardens, allotments and organisations will open their doors to the public to share their wonderful spaces! Each one is unique, but they all share a passion for growing, and looking after their communities!

What to expect

A weekend full of garden tours, activities for everyone, nature crafts, workshops, live music and more at these wonderful local gardens, right on your doorstep!

The 1st Great Community Garden Crawl is a collaborative effort between the Grow & Eat project and eight garden members of the Garden Network of North Tyneside. It’s the first such event organised by the network, and we hope it won’t be the last!
