Victor Mann Trust Grants Available for Older Wallsend Residents

Older residents in Wallsend may be able to access financial support through the Victor Mann Trust.

The Trust helps people aged 60 and over who are on a low income and living within the former Borough of Wallsend (NE28). Grants are available to help with essential household items and small home improvement works that can improve comfort, safety and wellbeing.

What Can the Grant Help With?

Funding may be available for:

  • Furniture
  • Carpets and flooring
  • Wallpaper and decorating
  • Small home improvement works
  • Other practical items that improve quality of life

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must:

  • Be aged 60 or over
  • Live within the former Borough of Wallsend (NE28)
  • Be on a low income

How to Apply

Applications must include all required supporting documents, including recent bank statements and quotes for any items or work being requested. Unfortunately, incomplete applications cannot be considered.
