1001 Critical Days Foundation

The 1001 Critical Days Foundation offers multi-year grants to UK registered charities supporting babies during the first 1001 days – from pregnancy to age two.

Funding focuses on projects that improve outcomes for babies and take place in family hubs or similar ‘one stop shop’ settings, helping make services more accessible and coordinated for families.

Projects could include:

  • Infant feeding support

  • Parenting and parent–infant relationship programmes

  • Perinatal mental health support

  • Support for dads, carers, and non-birthing partners

  • Work with communities facing marginalisation or discrimination

Charities can apply for £20,000 to £80,000 per year (up to £100,000 per year for five years).

Deadline: 5pm, 19 December 2025
