The Banks Property Grassroots Fund is offering grants of up to £2,000 to support community and environmental projects located near current or proposed Banks Group developments in the North of England. The fund aims to help local groups deliver small‑scale initiatives that strengthen communities, enhance local environments, and create lasting positive impact for residents.
Eligible projects must be situated within the vicinity of a Banks Group property site. Applicants are encouraged to check the location map provided by the fund to confirm proximity before applying.
To begin the application process, organisations should contact a member of the Banks Community Team using the enquiry form at the bottom of the fund’s webpage. A site visit will then be arranged to assess the project’s eligibility and discuss potential support.
The deadline for the next round of applications is 8 March 2026.
