CRASH

CRASH assists homelessness charities and hospices with construction projects, with free or discounted professional expertise and construction products, as well as grants.

Homelessness charities should be using the building to deliver services to single homeless adults (at least four days a week), and hospice charities should be using their building to deliver in-patient/day services to people in need of end-of-life care. For both, the charity must have a legal interest in the building (unless application relates to professional advice regarding a building it wishes to lease or buy) and own the freehold/hold the lease (with at least five years to run for homelessness charities and ten years for hospices).
