CRASH

CRASH supports homelessness charities and hospices with construction projects by providing free or discounted professional expertise, construction products, and grants.

Who Can Apply

Homelessness Charities Must meet the following criteria:

  • Use the building to deliver services to single homeless adults at least four days a week
  • Have a legal interest in the building (unless seeking professional advice about a building they wish to lease or buy)
  • Own the freehold or hold a lease with at least five years remaining

Hospice Charities Must meet the following criteria:

  • Use the building to deliver in-patient or day services to people in need of end-of-life care
  • Have a legal interest in the building (unless seeking professional advice about a building they wish to lease or buy)
  • Own the freehold or hold a lease with at least ten years remaining

What CRASH Provides

  • Free or discounted professional expertise
  • Free or discounted construction products
  • Grants for construction projects
  • Professional advice for buildings charities wish to lease or purchase
