Eggstatic over ASDA donation

VODA’s Core Services Manager Keith Hardy had a little trip over to ASDA Benton today to collect a very generous donation of around 200 Easter Eggs from the team there.

The eggs will be included in VODA’s essential food emergency packs as a special treat to some of our most vulnerable residents and will be delivered by our army of Good Neighbours volunteers.

Commenting on the donation, Keith said: “Many people are now entering their sixth week of isolation and it’s little gestures like this that can really make a difference to someone’s day. We are very grateful to the team at ASDA Benton for their kind donation and can’t wait to get them out to our residents.”
