Free High Speed Training for Volunteers & Trustees

Thanks to funding from UKSPF and the North East Combined Authority, VODA is pleased to be able to offer free online training courses for volunteers and trustees through High Speed Training.

High Speed Training is an online platform providing fully accredited training courses which can be accessed via your computer, laptop or smartphone and be completed within 2-3 hours.

To be eligible to access the free training you must be:

  • A volunteer or a trustee for an organisation operating in North Tyneside
  • A resident of North Tyneside

Volunteers/trustees can complete up to three fully-funded courses out of the 180 available on the High Speed Training website.

Courses include:

  • Food hygiene and safety
  • Health and safety
  • First aid
  • Mental health awareness
  • Equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Social media marketing
  • And many more!
