The Heritage Revival Fund helps community organisations across England rescue and repurpose neglected historic buildings, with a focus on regenerating town centre locations. By supporting charities, not-for-profit organisations, and social enterprises, the fund aims to transform local heritage assets into thriving spaces that meet community needs.
Available Grants

Project Development Grants – up to £100,000 to support the development and coordination of historic building projects (RIBA Plan of Work stages 2–4). A minimum of 10% match funding is required.
