Identifying falls/frailty support in North Tyneside

Tai chi

North Tyneside Council alongside North Tyneside CCG are looking to map any activity that is currently being delivered by organisations or groups within North Tyneside which supports participants around falls/frailty for example:

  • strength and balance exercises
  • chair-based exercise
  • Tai Chi etc.

The would like to hear from organisations or groups within the borough who offer these kinds of services to assist them in a mapping exercise in order to get a better understanding of what is currently being delivered.

If you feel your organisation or group offers this type of service, please complete the attached form and email to Suzanne.Clark@northtyneside.gov.uk
