NHS North East and North Cumbria Northern Cancer Alliance Prehabilitation Fund

The NHS North East and North Cumbria Northern Cancer Alliance Prehabilitation Fund supports delivery of prehabilitation interventions and services for cancer patients across the North East and North Cumbria. Funded work will improve quality of life, health and treatment options/outcomes, and support cancer patients to increase any form of physical activity, nutritional optimisation, and emotional resilience.

The fund will support organisations in Northumberland, Newcastle, Gateshead, South Tyneside and Sunderland. Priority will be given to projects targeting underserved populations and areas experiencing health inequalities.

Max grant size: £10,000
Deadline: 9 September 2024
