To support victims and witnesses of antisocial behaviour. For example:-
Offering practical and emotional support over the telephone or on a one to one basis.
Assistance in completing incident diary sheets.
Signposting to other agencies where necessary.
Working closely with the safer estates team.
Full training and support will be given.

We are a landlord which tackles neighbour nuisance and antisocial behaviour on housing estates in North Tyneside. Taking action against perpetrators and supporting victims and witnesses. Environmental issues are tackled too.
What skills do I need?
Someone who is caring and interested in supporting and helping people
To have an understanding of the issues of antisocial behaviour and how this may affect people
To be impartial
Good listening skills
To understand the importance of confidentiality
Minimum of 6 months commitment
