The Radcliffe Trust is accepting applications from charities and not-for-profit organisations for projects that support music, heritage and crafts. Music grants are typically between £2,500 and £5,000, while heritage and crafts grants are generally between £2,500 and £7,500.
Music funding can support a range of activities, including composition and contemporary music, youth orchestras, music therapy, performance and educational projects, bursaries, and academic research. Heritage and crafts funding focuses on developing traditional skills, knowledge and experience, supporting emerging craftspeople, conservation training, craft-based projects, and initiatives that strengthen capacity within the sector.
The Trust may also consider projects in related cultural areas such as theatre, performance and literature, particularly where they help develop high-level skills among early-career practitioners and disadvantaged groups.
