The Access Foundation Grants

The Access Foundation provides grants to help reduce the digital divide by supporting charities and community interest companies (CICs) that make IT access, training, and support available to disadvantaged or vulnerable people across the UK.

Funding available: Grants typically range from £10,000 to £50,000 and usually support 12-month projects. Applications must outline specific activities and measurable outcomes, such as the number of people supported, training hours delivered, and the expected impact (for example, entry into education or employment).

Who can apply: UK charities and CICs delivering targeted digital inclusion projects.

Exclusions: The Foundation does not fund individuals, general running costs, religious or animal charities, or politically motivated activities.

Deadlines: There are no fixed deadlines. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with a decision usually made within 12 weeks.

Apply online via the Access Foundation website.
