Veterans’ Capital Housing Fund

The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust is delivering the Veterans’ Capital Housing Fund on behalf of the Office for Veterans’ Affairs. The Veterans’ Capital Housing Fund supports projects that contribute to the wider aim of ending Veterans’ homelessness by providing affordable and viable homes for Veterans.

Under this programme the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust will award grants of between £75,000 and £500,000 towards new builds and significant refurbishment, including extensions, of rental accommodation offering high quality support for Veterans with a housing need.

Grants will be awarded across four programme rounds. Each round has a two-stage application process. At stage one, applicants are asked to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI) which asks for an overview of your project. If you are successful, you will then be asked to submit a more detailed stage two application.

For Round One, Expression of Interest must be submitted by 5pm on 3 January 2024, you will be notified about the outcome of your EoI before the end of March 2024.

Further rounds have provisionally been set for the following dates; however these may be subject to change. We will update this table with any changes that are made to future rounds.
