Open Call for Projects: North Shields 800 (NS800) Initiative

In 2025, North Shields will celebrate its 800th anniversary, marking the founding of a small village that grew into the town we know today.

The NS800 initiative invites community groups, charities, businesses, artists, and individuals with strong connections to North Shields to submit proposals for events and activities.

Projects should celebrate our town’s heritage, communities, and future while engaging diverse audiences.

Funding of up to £25,000 is available, with applications due by Friday, 20 September 2024.
