Volunteers would be working with us on our Healthy Lives program to help provide older adults opportunities to improve their social, physical and mental wellbeing. You would be offering information, support and advice to ensure the needs of participants were met, this will involve program administration, developing and delivering low impact and social activities such as table tennis, chair-based activities and games. You may also be involved in helping to promote the program to the wider community through delivering information sessions and looking at funding and sponsorship opportunities.
