Cafe volunteer
Main aims of the role:
• Work as part of our customer facing team you will ensure that high quality and great value food and drink are prepared to customers from a clean and welcoming environment.
• Engage with customers, welcoming them and seating them.
• Informing customers about menu items, specials and events at the wellbeing centre.
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks.
• Operating coffee machines and other equipment.
• Maintaining a hygienic environment by cleaning surfaces and equipment regularly.
• Clearing plates and cutlery from tables to prepare for incoming customers.
• Washing dishes, stacking dishwasher and sweeping the floor.
• Responding to customer questions, feedback or complaints.

What skills do I need?
We are looking for someone that has excellent communications skills and has a good sense of humour. Being a team player and being able to be flexible to the needs of the service is essential.
Previous hospitality experience and being able to use your own initiative would be an advantage.
