Youth Work Support
We are looking for 2 experienced youth volunteers to support the development of our youth committee. This takes place on a monthly basis at the youth centre and they will be working with the community development worker and the Chair.
About Whitley Bay Young Peoples Centre
The aim of the organisation is to engage positively with young people in a youth work setting.
What skills do I need?
Some youth work experience A good understanding of the issues impacting young people in the local area (Monkseaton/Whitley Bay) A positive, approachable manner and able to engage with young people and work within a team.
